Mr. Georgii Dubynskyi is an expert on international S&T cooperation more than 20 years. His previous experience of work in the National Academy of sciences of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ministry of education and sciences of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Mission of Ukraine to the European Union, Embassy of Ukraine in the United States of America allows him to use his skills as well as his wide contacts with governmental agencies, research institutes, universities, NGOs, industrial companies and ministers both in Ukraine and outside to arrange international cooperation.
In period 2008- 2013 he was in charge of economic, S&T bi- and multilateral cooperation in the Mission of Ukraine to the European Union in Brussels. He is also a member of a number national and international working and negotiation groups on S&T&I cooperation issues. He was the National Coordinator of the National Contact Points of Ukraine to the Horizon 2020, Secretary of interagency Council on Smart Specialization Strategy, and adviser to the Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine responsible for international cooperation where he was working on arranging contacts between policy makers, the academic, educational and industrial sectors in and out of Ukraine.
Since April 2017, Georgii Dubynskyi works in the Embassy of Ukraine to the USA and is responsible for science, technology, innovations, cybersecurity, countering disinformation, and health protection issues. He is also an official representative of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the USA and adviser to the Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
