Jaromír Hanzal serves as the director of AAVIT. Throughout his professional career, he has been persistently supporting the link between academia and business and the popularization of collaborative projects, including projects implemented within research organization FT Park. He has been involved in the establishment of several innovation infrastructures and also works as a researcher in applied research projects. He teaches at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University and is a partner in a premium coffee roasting company.
